A24 is looking for a part-time intern to support the Post Production & Delivery team in person at our NYC office.

This internship will work up to 15 hours a week and candidates must be available 2 days a week.

Initial Responsibilities

Post & Technical Delivery

• Assist in processing EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK’s and trailers, distribute links as needed
• Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
• Pull high res stills from ProRes files for print vendors
• Download, ingest and watermark various video files and documents
• Coordinate shipping and tracking deliveries
• Editor availability outreach

Archive Management

• Manage inventory of physical storage at designated storage locations
• Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
• Reach out to labs for archival materials
• Log and organize film documents

Qualifications

• 1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Microsoft Office, Shipping and Receiving

Our internships are part-time roles with an hourly rate of $18.00.
