We’re looking for a Director of People to join a strong, strategic and human centric People department, to be our People leader for our North American, EMEA and APAC operations. As a Director of People, you will be responsible for managing all People and Talent activities in these regions, and supporting the business by aligning People strategies and initiatives with company goals.

As the People Leader for the region, you will be responsible for all Talent and Organizational Development, Employee Experience activities, Operation of the site, and matrix management of the local Talent Acquisition team.

As a leader, you will work with the site leadership team, including developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and processes that support the growth and success of the company.

In this role you will report to the Chief People Officer and will be an integral member of our People Leadership Team. You will lead the Regional People operations and Business Partner team (total 6).

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the People Operations and People Partner team for North America, EMEA and APAC.

  • Leads the enablement of these regions to achieve its business plans by designing and implementing Regional People processes and talent programs.

  • Builds and provides guidance and support to managers and employees on People policies, procedures, and practices, including employee relations, performance management, and development, recognition.

  • Coach managers on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.

  • Proactively assess the team and organizational needs and root causes, make recommendations, guide informed decision-making, and implement appropriate solutions.

  • Works as a collaborative business partner with our Leadership by providing coaching and advising on complex business issues and people matters.

Qualification and experience:

  • Extensive experience in a People leadership role in the technology field

  • Working experience with international sales, marketing and customer success organizations

  • Hands-on approach and experience in creating a High performance, Human Centric Culture.

  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills (solving complex employee-related issues, strong team support orientation, and then an excellent active listening)

  • Strong Business Acumen

  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, employment law, organizational development, and employee development/learning.

  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environments. Proven experience in global, complex medium-large-sized companies.

  • Passion for innovative People solutions and process improvement.

  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.

  • Flexibility, fantastic communication skills, and vast amounts of drive

Annual Pay Range
$180,000$195,000 USD
