We are looking for an Associate Corporate Counsel to join our legal team. This role will sit in Israel, but will support the company’s operations and transactions globally. What your day will look like:

As an Associate Corporate Counsel, you will provide legal support to our Axonius teams globally. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • supporting our Sales team throughout their deal cycles by reviewing, drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements to ensure adequate protection of the company’s interests;
  • assisting in developing and refining the company’s contract management policies and processes, and continually improving the company’s negotiation strategies;
  • providing legal counsel and support on an ad-hoc basis to a variety of teams, both on the Go-to-Market and Product side.

Reach out if you are:

  • 3+ years of post-education full-time transactional legal experience as an attorney in (i) an in-house legal department, and/or (ii) a law firm (strong preference to corporate, M&A, Venture Capital, intellectual property, or other transactionally focused practice/background)
  • Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and related legal documents, including SaaS/licensing agreements, master services agreements, Data Processing Agreements, NDAs, and product reseller/distribution agreements
  • Service-oriented and responsive attitude, strong attention to detail, hard-working and committed to providing excellent work product
  • Ability to work independently and own projects, but with full recognition of areas of limitation and need for support/guidance (honesty and humility required—it is how we operate and grow at Axonius!)
  • Ability to reside and work full-time in Israel
  • LLB (or equivalent degree) and current Bar admission (or equivalent registration)

Advantages:

  • Experience guiding complex software transactions through the deal cycles and procurement requirements of highly regulated enterprises and other large organizations
