As part of our rapid growth we are looking for a Data Classification Associate (Student position) to join the data group in our product department.
What your day will look like:
As a Data Classification Associate, you will play a crucial role in our team, directly contributing to our customers' understanding and management of their cybersecurity assets. By identifying and labeling data, you will help uncover security gaps and automate actions, empowering IT and security teams to confidently control their network complexity. Your work will also enhance our machine learning models, ensuring more accurate and reliable monitoring by creating labels that will allow us to train.
Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Tagging: Identify, sort, clean, and tag raw data entries from various sources, creating a robust analytics data collection.
- Software Component Research: Investigate and identify software components to enhance our data insights.
- Compliance Research: Research compliance settings and certificates to ensure thorough coverage.
- Continuous Updates: Provide consistent updates on progress, issues, risks, and concerns to maintain transparency and efficiency.
Reach out if you have:
- Current studies for a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Computer Science / Mathematics / a related field.
- Minimum of 2 semesters remaining in current studies.
- Availability for minimum 60-80% role (3-4 fully days).
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- System engineering mindset.
- Highly organized with a quick learning ability.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Advantages:
- Experience working with JSON files.
- Background of working with Data.
- Python familiarity.
- SQL familiarity.
- Understanding of IT, cybersecurity & Compliance concepts.
