What You’ll Do:

BRUNT is looking for a Partner Services Representative excited to support BRUNT’s expansion into wholesale. As a Partner Services Representative, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and accurate orders flow between our Wholesale Account Team, Operations Team, and valued wholesale partners. This person should be highly collaborative, processes oriented, and customer-centric.

How You’ll Do It:

Operations Management

  • Review and accurately upload all purchase orders (POs) into BRUNT’s inventory systems, including making necessary adjustments related to inventory levels and reporting changes.
  • Verify all order information is processed accurately and on time to meet customer delivery requirements, including pricing, item quantities, out-of-stocks, and shipping details.
  • Review, accept, and process Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests in accordance with wholesale policies.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of inventory levels and replenishment timelines for specific styles across footwear, apparel, and accessories.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in ordering workflows, RMA processing, NetSuite, and wholesale operational policies, with the ability to remain flexible and make customer-centric decisions.
  • Complete ad hoc projects related to wholesale inventory management as needed.
  • Support Operations-related OKRs in partnership with management, including initiatives such as partner door expansion and assortment growth.
  • Leverage hands-on operational experience to build, document, and continuously improve processes for new orders, returns, and inventory tracking across NetSuite, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Track and analyze account feedback trends, partnering with Operations leadership to generate insights and recommendations that improve wholesale operational efficiency.

Partnerships (Internal & External)

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for wholesale partners, ensuring clear, timely, and accurate communication via phone and email within established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Use strong communication and customer service skills to educate wholesale partners on BRUNT’s wholesale processes, systems, and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with internal Wholesale and Operations teams to align on inventory status, order execution, and external partner communications.
  • Act as a product expert across BRUNT’s full portfolio (footwear, apparel, and accessories) to support partner inquiries and operational decision-making.
  • Communicate inventory availability, replenishment timing, and order status to wholesale partners in a proactive and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Build trusted relationships with wholesale accounts by consistently delivering accurate information, operational reliability, and a high level of service.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 2+ years of customer service or account management experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with ERP systems, NetSuite preferred.
  • Highly analytical thinker and proactive problem solver, excited to build best in class processes.
  • Ability to be flexible and scale alongside the team as the business grows, adapting to evolving needs and challenges.
  • Experience sending and receiving EDI documents and experience working with wholesale and other B2B accounts preferred but not required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Showcase exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail, ensuring meticulous execution of POs.
  • Able to commute to the office located in North Reading, Massachusetts 3x a week.

In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. The anticipated salary range for this role is: $58,500 – $63,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills and budget. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including:

  • Bonus eligibility
  • Equity or other incentive compensation, if applicable
