What You’ll Do:
BRUNT is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Supply Planning to join our growing Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll own and support core supply planning and material management processes that help ensure the right product is available at the right time, while balancing cost, service level, and operational efficiency.
You’ll work closely with global suppliers and internal partners to manage purchase orders, monitor raw materials, and translate demand signals into executable supply plans. This role reports to the Associate Director of Supply Planning and offers a strong opportunity to build planning expertise, technical skills, and cross-functional impact in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
How You’ll Do It:
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
- Support the development and execution of supply plans based on sales forecasts, inventory targets, and lead times
- Monitor factory production, on-time performance, and product flow to identify risks and opportunities
- Support inventory transitions across new product launches, seasonal shifts, and end-of-life styles, ensuring accurate data, timely PO placement, and clean system execution
Raw Material Planning & Process Support
- Assist in building and maintaining processes to track raw material flow from procurement through production
- Support raw material forecasting and planning to ensure timely availability for production needs
- Help identify risks related to material availability, lead times, or supplier constraints and escalate proactively
- Contribute to the development of and automation of supply planning and exception management processes
Purchase Order & Supplier Execution
- Accurately create, maintain, and update purchase orders in BRUNT’s ERP system (NetSuite) with a high degree of accuracy
- Track supplier production progress and material readiness; proactively flag potential delays or constraints
- Partner with suppliers to ensure alignment on quantities, timelines, and delivery expectations
- Support supplier performance tracking related to lead times, delivery reliability, and inventory outcomes
- Support ad-hoc requests from the business, assessing constraints/risks and aligning cross functionally to balance cost and in-stock rates
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Demand Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, and Logistics to stay aligned on supply priorities
- Support weekly and monthly planning cadences by preparing data, tracking action items, and following up on exceptions
- Collaborate with logistics teams to help resolve shipment related issues and timing changes
Data Accuracy & Continuous Improvement
- Help ensure supply chain–related data is accurate and up to date across planning tools and ERP systems
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies related to inventory, purchase orders, lead times, and supplier commitments
- Use data and reporting to identify trends, exceptions, and improvement opportunities within supply planning
- Maintain and improve reporting and planning tools that increase visibility and provide information to cross functional partners
- Contribute to process improvements that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and strengthen supply chain resilience
What You Need to Succeed:
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, planning, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with data to inform decisions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Clear communicator who can work effectively with both internal partners and external suppliers
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership in a collaborative team setting
- Able to commute to our North Reading, Massachusetts office 4x per week
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Exposure to apparel, footwear, or consumer goods supply chains
- Experience supporting raw material planning or production planning processes
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite
- Working knowledge of SQL, Google BigQuery, or advanced Excel/Google Sheets
- Business fluency in Spanish, Vietnamese, or Mandarin
In accordance with the Massachusetts Salary Range Transparency Law, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. The anticipated salary range for this role is: $75,000 – $85,000 per year. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills and budget. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, including:
