What you’ll do:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Wholesale Marketing to lead our wholesale marketing function and drive brand growth across our retail partner network. Reporting to the Chief Brand Officer within the Brand team, you will own the strategy and execution of optimizing the BRUNT brand presentation and adherence to BRUNT visual merchandising standards within our Retail Partner Accounts. This also includes owning and driving all wholesale marketing initiatives such as seasonal campaigns and in-store marketing programs, activations, and sell-in presentations ensuring our brand story is told powerfully at every wholesale touchpoint.

**This role requires up to 30% travel**

How You’ll Do It:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and lead the annual wholesale marketing strategy and budget, aligned with overall brand and commercial objectives
  • Partner closely with Sales, Merchandising, Operations and Creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling across all wholesale accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams at all key retail partners, working to identify co-marketing opportunities and joint business building initiatives
  • Represent the brand in-person at industry specific trade shows, partner events, key account training sessions, & other related activities
  • Develop, mentor and lead a high-performing wholesale marketing team.
  • Own the wholesale marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and accountability across all programs
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships, including creative studios, retail media networks, and production partners

Optimize In-store Brand Presentation:

  • Ensure 100% compliance to all brand, visual, and merchandising standards are followed
  • Manage in-store fixture programs, ensuring timely arrival, assembly, and refreshing visuals on seasonal basis
  • Work with Merchandising team to establish BRUNT visual merchandising guidelines and key account variations
  • Develop seasonal retail activation calendars for all key accounts, ensuring the broader BRUNT team is supporting and showing up powerfully in support of our Retail Partners

Campaign & Program Management:

  • Oversee the development of seasonal sell-in materials, lookbooks, retailer toolkits, and go-to-market assets
  • Lead in-store marketing programs, ensuring brand compliance while maximizing partner-funded opportunities
  • Define KPIs for wholesale marketing programs and report on performance to senior leadership on a regular cadence
  • Analyze sell-through data, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing investment and resource allocation
  • Leverage retailer data partnerships (e.g., POS data, media insights) to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI on all wholesale centric marketing investments
  • Monitor partner websites for brand and MAP policy compliance.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a wholesale or trade marketing leadership role
  • Deep knowledge of the footwear, apparel, and/or accessories wholesale landscape.
  • Proven track record developing integrated marketing programs that drive retail sell-through and reinforce/optimize brand presentation in store
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting POS data, merchandising performance, sell through reports, and geotargeted media campaign results
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and key retail partners
  • Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and marketing analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with Workwear and Safety related trade shows or events
  • Ability to commute to our office in North Reading, MA 4x a week

In accordance with applicable salary transparency laws, we are providing the good-faith salary range for this position. This range reflects the base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this position at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will depend on factors such as qualifications, experience, skills, and budget.

The anticipated salary range for this role is:

Compensation
$145,000$175,000 USD
