Responsibilities

  • Greet employees and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage the inbound and outbound mail/packages process and storage. Receive, process, sort, and organize all mail. Keep the mailroom organized and clean.
  • Answer any questions from employees related to the company, including directory, directions, policies, and procedures, etc.
  • Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Know and recommend local restaurants, food delivery services, catering options, team outing venues, local resources.
  • Manage and maintain front desk, leadership team area, meeting rooms, and employee breakroom cleaned and stocked if needed.
  • Monitor office and break room supplies, including communication with vendors.
  • Monitor office area and break room for cleanliness and follow up with responsible party when issues arise.
  • Coordinates the ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies for the plant.
  • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organizing.
  • Manage and set up the meeting rooms for the management team.
  • Manage, track, audit, and organize process for building access and parking.
  • Plan and coordinate employee engagement events such as break room decorations, anniversaries meals, etc.
  • Assist with setting up new hires and temp employees with badges, including onboarding and lunch.
  • Manage the Plant Hourly Perfect Attendance
  • Check Lerdo Plant Attendance call-in line and record absences/lates/comments, and communicate information with Supervisors/Managers and HR.
  • Work closely with Supervisor/Managers and HR to track employee attendance.
  • Manage the Monthly Perfect Attendance Program.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma; Associate Degree in Business or related field a plus
  • Office administration experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Must be a disciplined self-starter and demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, work-ethic, selfawareness, and a positive attitude.
  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information with professionalism and tact.
  • Passionate about service-orientation

Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
