CarOnSale is looking for a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager for Berlin
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet company goals
- Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights for performance optimization
- Collaborate with sales leaders on target setting, forecasting, and resource allocation
- Design and manage Salesforce dashboards and reports for tracking key metrics
- Conduct market and competitive research to inform sales strategy
- Partner with sales teams to improve workflows and drive efficiency
- Ensure cross-functional alignment with e.g., product, finance, etc.
- Lead sales enablement initiatives, including training and onboarding
- Oversee and manage key sales projects to ensure timely delivery
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field; diverse perspectives and experiences valued
- 1–3 years of experience in competitive environments (e.g., tech company, startup, sales consulting)
- Experience in projects focused on sales strategy and operations
- Experience with Salesforce (e.g., CRM management, pipeline tracking, reporting and dashboard creation, data analysis, workflow automation)
- Experience working with sales representatives and in a decentralized sales organization
- Flexible, solution-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills and ownership mentality
- Proven ability to tackle complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally
- Strong organizational skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and excellent communication abilities
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Interest in growth companies, automotive industry, marketplace platforms, and technology
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and experience in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations to senior management
- Fluent in Business German and English (C1 Level)
