Do you love to develop customers and solve their concerns professionally?
CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about onboarding and developing strategically important customers in the Italian market.
Your tasks will include:
- Responsibility of onboarding key customers from Italy, incl. training new customers on how to use the marketplace and our processes.
- Activation of customers: Actively approaching and supporting customers in order to grow together through regular use of the marketplace
- Processing customer enquiries by e-mail or telephone, providing support with technical problems and clarifying questions about our products and processes.
Further tasks:
- Acquiring new customers in the Italian market.
- Active participation in the improvement of our solutions for customers in the Italian market and support in their implementation.
Your profile
- Professional experience in customer service or customer success management.
- Italian at C2 (native speaker) level.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to keep a cool head in difficult situations
- Technical affinity with digital tools - experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
- English or German at C1 Fluent Level.
- Fluency in Czech or French would be a plus
