Do you love to develop customers and solve their concerns professionally?
CarOnSale is looking for a dedicated Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who is passionate about onboarding and developing strategically important customers in the Italian market.
Your tasks will include:
- Responsibility of onboarding key customers from Italy, incl. training new customers on how to use the marketplace and our processes
- Activation of customers: Actively approaching and supporting customers in order to grow together through regular use of the marketplace
- Acquiring new customers in the Italian market
- Processing customer enquiries by e-mail or telephone, providing support with technical problems and clarifying questions about our products and processes
- Active participation in the improvement of our solutions for customers in the Italian market and support in their implementation
Your profile
- First experience in sales, customer service or a related field
- Passion for sales, with the ability to proactively engage potential customers
- Previous experience with automotive marketplaces is an advantage (e.g. AUTOproff, Cardino, Auto1)
- Italian at C2 (native speaker) level
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to keep a cool head in difficult situations
- Technical affinity with digital tools - experience with Salesforce is a plus
- Organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- English or German at C1 Fluent Level
