Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We're looking for an Order Processor to directly support the DNA Processing Team with a variety of different tasks. This position will be responsible for supporting authentication staff, managing the photo stream, obtaining and applying authentication results, data entry and potentially traveling throughout the country to attend trade shows and other authentication events.

You'll report to the DNA Operations Manager and work from our Jersey City office.

What You'll Do:

  • Sustain a high level of accuracy while processing submissions
  • Obtain and document authentication results via stream and in-person
  • Arrange retail and bulk orders to aid authenticators with the authentication process Organize and expedite submissions based on priority and service level
  • Work with processing and authentication team to locate and process late orders Attend local and national on-sites, shows and ITPs
  • Maintain high standards of performance and produces high quality work Demonstrate professional behavior both off-site as well as in the office.
  • Support the rest of the operations team with other duties and projects as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Able to travel 10-15% of the time
  • Familiarity with the collectibles industry is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and intelligently with other departments as well as others outside of the organization.
  • Able to work quickly and accurately while being very detail oriented
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems with limited supervision.
  • Open minded; ability to both give and receive honest feedback.
  • Willingness and ability to work well with others while balancing team and individual responsibilities.

Hourly Rate: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $18. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
