Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We’re looking for a Processor II to help in many aspects of the encapsulation process. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable and detail-oriented to ensure all encapsulation orders are processed and completed accurately and in a timely manner.

You’ll report to Operations Supervisor, DNA and work from our Santa Ana office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Verifies appropriate specs are applied to each item
  • Formats and edits text to fit onto labels
  • Prints out flips and works day-to-day with the Sealing Department to ensure items are processed in a timely manner.
  • Organizes and processes orders by service level and expedites orders as necessary
  • Verifies the product is within the specification of company standard
  • Creates authentication documents with high quality and accuracy
  • Supports the rest of the Autograph Operations Team with other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

  • The ability to communicate with others effectively in order to resolve conflicts, solve problems and, most importantly, maintain and generate business.
  • Effective problem solver with the ability to make decisions based on data collected and company policies/procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and interdepartmental communication skills; can communicate clearly and intelligently with other departments and others outside of the organization, and has a desire and willingness to work with others.
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures set forth by the company, as well as follow directions and take management feedback.
  • Display willingness to make decisions correctly and appropriately upon each situation using common sense and additional training.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time, work under pressure, and prioritize work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of all types of sports and non-sports players and cards is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, and Access; with an aptitude to learn and understand company software.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting and standing for extended periods of time.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items up to 30 pounds.

Hourly Range: The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $17-$19. Actual compensation varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience and skill set.
