Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

Collectors is seeking a proactive and results driven operations professional to take the lead on project management for our internal creative studio. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience owning operations within a creative team, is a natural collaborator who can build strong relationships and a creative problem solver who can keep projects on track while continuously optimizing processes. An understanding and passion for the hobby and collectibles is a plus.

As the Creative Project Manager you will report to the Director of Planning and Operations in the Marketing organization and work a hybrid scheduled from our Santa Ana, CA office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management and Operations: Be the dedicated project manager for our internal creative studio helping to plan, resource and ultimately ensure projects are kept on time and in scope. You’ll manage the creative project pipeline, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, legal, and executives to gather project requirements and feedback on creative turns. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among creative teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Tracking and Execution: Work in Asana to ensure efficient tracking, prioritization, and execution of all creative initiatives.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks, resource constraints, and risks to keep projects on track.
  • Best Practices Implementation: Implement and enforce creative project management best practices, processes, and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, style guides, and quality standards across all creative deliverables.
  • Resource Management: Manage creative resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning to ensure optimal conditions for creativity and productivity.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the creative teams.
  • Accountability and Governance: Ensure cross-departmental accountability and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.

Who You Are :

  • 5-7+ years of creative project management experience (in-house preferred) with a track record of meeting deadlines and implementing systems for efficiencies and enhanced collaboration
  • A natural problem-solver with critical thinking skills and a proactive approach
  • Possess a deep understanding of creative deliverables and briefs, the level of creative effort needed to execute projects across channels such as email, social media, events and editorial
  • A clear communicator with the ability to effectively and consistently articulate project processes and creative needs
  • Experience with project management tools required; Asana strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for collectibles and an understanding of the PSA and PCGS authentication and grading process is a plus

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $86,053-$130,710. Actual compensation in this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
