Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Canada, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We’re looking for a Facilities Manager to join our Workplace team to help support the connection, culture, and operational needs of our growing team and business. You serve as the key point of contact for vendors, technicians, operations leaders and visitors onsite and you prioritize making everyone feel welcome and heard.

This is a full-time role working onsite from our New Castle, DE office and reports to the Senior Manager of Workplace.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and own Workplace experience and Facilities operations for both PSA Vault locations in New Castle, DE
  • Lead the development of the future local Workplace team, include hiring, training, coaching and career development
  • Own Workplace vendor management and administrative responsibilities for the sites - processing contracts, onboarding vendors, coordinating insurance, managing vendor relationships & performance
  • Establish and foster the relationship with our third-party custodial vendor, working with both that group and the Security team to achieve a flawless workspace while realizing top-tier security standards
  • Develop and own a wholisitic preventative maintenance program for both PSA Vault sites ensuring reliable operability and a best-in-class facility for our clients
  • Oversee and streamline administrative functions at the sites including: mail, calendars, food and beverage program, copiers, office supplies, and employee services
  • Serve as the key point of contact for candidates, colleagues, and visitors onsite
  • Own and deliver continuous improvement projects in collaboration with the Operations, IT/Network and Security teams
  • Contribute to projects to improve facility and employee health & safety, including serving as the Safety Lead for vault sites

Who You Are/Experience

  • 5+ years of Facilities Management / Workplace Experience
  • 5+ People management experience preferred
  • Experience managing complex facilities systems and associated maintenance programs
  • You’re a hands-on, can-do team player who thrives in a fast- paced and collaborative environment
  • You’re a results- driven doer who can function equally well in the weeds and at a high level, quickly pivoting focus as needed to get the job done
  • You have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and high attention to detail
  • You’re passionate about building relationships and community, and work well in a team because you like supporting a bigger picture
  • Attention to detail, research, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Solution mindset with the ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work
  • Tech-savvy with experience in Mac OS, Google Docs, MS Office, and other web-based applications
  • Experience with work order ticketing systems, space management tools: Zendesk, Office Space, Envoy is a plus

Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $86,053 - $112,882. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
