As the Community Manager for PSA Europe, you will manage all key community initiatives for our PSA presence in Europe. Your mission is to drive adoption of PSA services, accelerate market growth, and build strong brand awareness across Europe and the wider International collector community.
You will be a contact person to our collector community online and in person — including social media and card shows and other marketing events. You will focus on partnerships, and community engagement. Your primary focus will be driving meaningful growth and accelerating the territory.
You will report to the Head of Marketing, Europe, and work from our European Headquarter in Frankfurt am Main. This position will also require up to 25% travel.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute community strategies and plans for the overall PSA presence in Europe
Build relationships with show organizers, local partners, hobby shops, influencer collaborators and like-minded brands
Plan and execute local events including shop anniversaries, collector meetups, and community days
Create and manage short-form educational and entertaining video content
Capture live content and share behind-the-scenes impressions for social media
Measure, evaluate, and report on the performance of community initiatives

Maintain and execute a community calendar, including but not limited to:
Social media
Events and card shows
Partnerships
Promotions
Work closely with the US and European teams to localize global marketing initiatives for the country specific audiences
Walk-In Support: support collectors at the Frankfurt office for drop-offs and inquiries
Deliver premium community service in collaboration with the Customer Service team
Who You Are
A community and service focused person eager to build and scale a territory
Knowledge of the trading card or collectibles space is a strong plus
Motivation to interact and engage with the collector’s community in Europe
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand, partnership or community roles
Strong project management skills with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Comfortable managing both strategy and end-to-end execution of marketing programs
High analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and extract insights
Experienced in managing social media channels such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and live-streaming platforms
Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Must be authorized to work in the European Union
Fluent in German & English, fluency in additional languages is a plus
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is €73,792.11 - €97,590.07. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
