The Warehouse Supervisor oversees warehouse operations, team performance, and inventory control to ensure efficient and accurate material handling. This role is responsible for staffing, performance management, process adherence, and continuous improvement within the warehouse function. This position will report to the Warehouse Director and be based out of our Santa Ana, Ca Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and line delivery

  • Manage team scheduling, staffing levels, and workload distribution

  • Monitor and drive performance metrics including productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through physical inventory counts, audits, and corrective actions

  • Develop and coach warehouse personnel, including Leads and technicians

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors

  • Partner with operations, planning, and supply chain teams to align material flow with business needs

  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements

  • Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or related field

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience or leadership experience

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, WMS systems, and warehouse best practices

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Forklift certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Bending and Twisting: Bending neck/waist, twisting neck/waist, and squatting.

  • Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.

  • Exposure to Machinery: Exposure to machinery noise, which may include noise from forklifts, injection presses, or other machinery.

  • Hand Use: Power gripping when using low-precision, high-impact hand tools that require significant force, such as hammer drills and torque wrenches.

  • Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds.

  • Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

  • Temperature and Humidity: Occasional exposure to warehouse environments without heating or cooling with fluctuations in temperatures and humidity.

Walking: Ability to walk for long periods.

Salary Range: The salary for this position is $69,377.00 - 75,000.00. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
