As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

Collectorsでは、新設されたPSA Japanオフィスにおいて、ワークプレイスチームのサポートおよび受付業務を担当するワークプレイス／受付アシスタントを募集しています。本ポジションは、主に受付業務および一般事務サポート（ワークプレイス関連業務）を担う役割です。少数精鋭のチームと連携しながら、230名以上の社員および来訪者・ゲストの対応を行います。来訪者対応、電話応対、郵便物管理などを通じて、プロフェッショナルで快適な受付体験を提供する重要なポジションです。

勤務地は、東京都大田区平和島・東京流通センター（TRC）内のオフィスとなります。

シフト制勤務（週末・祝日勤務を含む）

主な業務内容（What You’ll Do）：

• 来訪者の受付対応、チェックイン／チェックアウトのサポート、バッジ発行（Envoy受付システム使用）、ホストへの迅速な通知

• 受付エリア、休憩スペース、会議室、備品ステーションの整理整頓および備品補充

• 郵便物の受け取り・仕分け・担当者への配布

• 予算およびブランド基準に基づいたオフィス備品の発注

• ワークプレイスおよび施設関連のサービスチケット（Jira）の対応

• エグゼクティブアシスタントおよび役員のオンサイト対応サポート（会議室予約、デスク・オフィス手配、必要に応じた飲食手配など）

• ベンダーの入館対応およびセキュリティプロトコル遵守の確認

• 社内イベントのサポート

• 日常業務を支える各種事務・庶務業務

• 顧客の提出物（サブミッション）の受け取り・引き渡し対応

• ワークプレイスチームの特別プロジェクトのサポート

• 清掃業者と調整し、清掃に関する要望や問題の解決をサポートする。
