As part of our interview process, we request that candidates have their cameras on during video interviews. This helps foster meaningful conversation and allows us to create an experience that closely resembles our standard working environment. Certain interview steps may take place by phone. For remote roles, and at our discretion, candidates may be asked to participate in an on-site interview as part of the final stages of the process.

本ポジションはシニアHRマネージャーの直属となり、東京オフィス勤務（週最大2日のリモートワークが可能なハイブリッドワーク体制）となります。

主な業務内容

• 従業員およびマネージャーに対する採用業務に関する窓口業務（問い合わせ対応）

• ダイレクトソーシング（市場リサーチ、スカウト、SNS、リファラル、イベント等）による能動的な候補者獲得の推進

• 潜在候補者に対する初期アプローチ（カジュアル面談等）および自社（Collectors / PSA Japan）の魅力発信

• データ分析に基づくタレントパイプライン戦略の立案・推進

• 構造化面接（Structured Interview）の推進および選考プロセスの円滑な進行管理

• オファー（内定）管理、条件交渉、および候補者の伴走者（Internal Advocate）としてのクロージング業務

• 募集ポジションに関して主要提携採用代理店との折衝及び連絡対応

• 派遣元会社との採用関連業務（候補者選択、面談設定、及び契約更新等）の調整

• HRIS上での各種採用オペレーション・トランザクションを実行し、システム間のデータ連携、整合性、コンプライアンスを担保
