Responsibilities:
- Lead infrastructure development projects, focusing on creating tools and infrastructure to support developers in enhancing our product.
- Architect and oversee the development of solutions for complex data platform challenges.
- Provide guidance and support to backend developers on the team as a technical lead.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to implement new features and improvements.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues that arise, and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
- Monitor and optimize server and database performance to ensure high availability and scalability of our product.
- Utilize the latest technologies and industry trends as appropriate for our product and development processes.
- Hands-on development using Python and involvement in frontend tasks using React.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in software development.
- Extensive experience in leading infrastructure development projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with React.
- Deep understanding of data platform architectures and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
