We are looking for a driven and dynamic Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities to expand our existing customer base and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. You will work independently and collaborate closely with our SDR and CSM teams to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze customer data to identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDR and CSM teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Work independently to achieve expansion goals.
Requirements:
- One year of experience as an Growth Manager at a SaaS company - MUST
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure and busy work environment.
- Working hours from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM to align with US time zones.
