About The Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Customer Education Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our customers through engaging, multi-channel educational content. You'll update and refine our Help Center articles, create compelling videos, and host interactive webinars to showcase platform updates and best practices. You'll also manage our vibrant online community, collaborate with product teams on in-product educational tools, and continuously monitor our AI to drive improvements. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on innovation, creative problem-solving, and building lasting connections with our customers in the SaaS space.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain our Help Center Articles: Regularly update and refine articles for each new release, making sure they’re concise and clear.

Create Engaging Videos: Write creative scripts and record videos that bring our updates and resources to life on YouTube and our video resource page.

Engage with Our Community: Manage a vibrant group of over 2300 business owners by crafting thoughtful posts. You will also be jumping into the conversation in the comments and be their main point of contact.

Host Engaging Webinars: Plan, deliver, and moderate interactive sessions—including new-release webinars and educational events—to showcase platform updates and empower customers with best practices.

Implement in-product Educational Tools: Work side-by-side with the product team to develop and maintain user-friendly in-product resources, like our online academy and tooltips.

Monitor and Enhance Our AI: Keep a close eye on our AI’s performance and drive improvements to make our support more scalable.
Experience & Skills:

1-3 years of combined experience in help center writing, hosting webinars, and/or community management - you don’t need all of them, but we are looking for a profile with a broad range of experience.

Native Hebrew and English speaker.

Experience working for a startup tech company where you get to do a bit of everything - Advantage.
