About The Role:
As a Marketing Partnership Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind building and growing strategic collaborations that enhance Connecteam’s market presence and business growth. You will manage and grow relationships with our customers, with affiliates and influencers. This is your chance to build something from scratch and create a new revenue stream for the company. Key Responsibilities:
Partnership Strategy & Development:
- Research, target, and evaluate potential partners that align with Connecteam’s mission and audience.
- Negotiate and finalize influencer agreements.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing partnership strategies
- Own the creative process, from providing brief guidelines to monitor the content creation process until final approval
Relationship Building & Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with influencers, affiliates & customers.
- Communicate with our partners from initial reach-out to operational & retention
Execution & Optimization:
- Oversee the successful launch of partnership initiatives and campaigns.
- Track partnership performance using KPIs and continuously optimize measurement techniques
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer success, legal, and product)
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in partnership management, customer marketing or customer management roles
- Proven ability to identify, structure, and manage successful partnerships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in building a community is an advantage
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
