You’ll empower your team to communicate complex ideas with clarity, support strategic customer engagements, and build lasting partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders.
The impact you will have:
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing, inclusive pre-sales team across the Nordics.

You do not need to fulfil every single requirement to be a strong candidate. If you are excited about this role and have related experience, we encourage you to apply.
- Proven experience leading or managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments—or equivalent experience gained through hands-on engineering or consulting work.
- A track record of coaching and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; professional proficiency in English (knowledge of any Nordic language is a plus, but not a hard requirement).
- Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science (consulting or customer-facing experience preferred).
- Enthusiasm for data, AI, and cloud technologies, and the ability to connect these to real business outcomes.

- This role is based in Stockholm, within a reasonable commuting distance, and follows a hybrid working model.
