Senior Programs Manager - Business Solutions

As part of its development acceleration, Dataiku is looking for a Senior Programs Manager to reinforce Dataiku’s Business Solutions team. Within the Business Solutions Programs team, the Senior Programs Manager will be in charge of (1) acting as a central point of contact to support Solution-driven Go-to-market approach on a set of industries including Public Sector and Transportation (2) being a key counterpart to Marketing on Solutions push (3) owning specific transversal programs. The role reports to the Business Solutions Programs Team Manager.

What you will do on a day-to-day basis:

Own Solution support to Dataiku Go-to-Market teams for a range of industries including Public Sector, Media, Construction & Real Estate, Transport & Logistics,... In this capacity, the Senior Programs Manager will gradually develop Dataiku’s vision and narrative for accelerated business outcomes, position appropriate Dataiku Solutions, and act as a strong field support for the Go-to-Market teams covering these industries. The mission will notably include:

  • Conduct comprehensive research & analysis to build Dataiku’s specific value proposition for these industries

  • Create relevant materials to develop our vision on how Dataiku can help these companies solve their challenges thanks to Data and AI scaling

  • Foster the use of Dataiku solutions as powerful accelerators to business outcomes. Own the relevant positioning, support to usage by customers, debrief on outcomes, and more.

  • Support the capitalization of internal knowledge and client experiences in these industries (e.g., customer stories, use-cases, ..)

  • Support sales and customer activities targeting companies in these industries: help GTM teams understand companies’ needs and trends, act as a key spokesperson when talking to prospects and customers, and support executive engagement on this client segment internally.

Act as Dataiku Solutions External Content Coordinator: In this capacity, the Senior Programs Manager will be a key counterpart to the Dataiku Marketing team and will notably

  • Own BS Marketing plan with the Marketing team: regular blog cadence, coordination of web content reviews, work with the Product Marketing team, development of appropriate plans to enrich our book of assets on key verticals, …

  • The Senior Programs Manager will own plan creation, coordination of team contributions, and support on actual delivery as needed.

  • Develop a replicable approach and externally impactful content, including messaging and assets, that articulate the benefits and value of solutions to our customers

  • Own any part of the plan related to secondary industries.

  • Review all assets created by the team, to be published by the marketing to ensure it’s aligned with the teams’s core messaging & strategy

Lead transversal projects within the team

  • Define, build, and run transversal projects to scale the impact of the Business Solutions Team

  • Own and/or contribute to cross-industries projects to support the growth of the Business solutions team.

  • Your missions will be run in tight partnership with teams across the company, including sales, marketing, customer, services, product management, and technical alliances. Such collaboration requires strong diplomatic skills and the ability to lead small cross-functional project teams.

Who you are:

  • Minimum 5 years+ of experience in customer-facing roles with a demonstrated history of projects delivery and business development

  • Must have a technical mindset - You are excited to get into the product and understand how it works, so you can explain it to others and teach them about its benefits. You can demonstrate this mindset through prior experience or examples.

  • Strong appetite for understanding a variety of business processes (internal and external) across several industries and for continuously bridging the gap between business needs and technical answers

  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with proven capacity to build robust work relationships with counterparts of all seniority.

  • Strong appetite for written communication, including blog post writing and customer-facing deck building

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and build trusted relationships with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. Team player!

  • Autonomous, eager to self-learn. Capacity to be self-organized and to strike the right balance between short-term delivery and longer-term execution.

  • Experience in Public Sector, TelCo, or Transportation & Logistics would be a plus.

  • Fully fluent in English.
