Reporting to the People Ops Manager, the People Ops Coordinator EMEA will play a key role in supporting various people-related initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has a passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
Responsabilities include (but are not limited to):
EMEA Scope (France, UK, Germany, Spain, UAE, other European countries…) - approx. 600 employees
- Execute all People operations & administrative tasks related to Dataiku employees: arrival, lifecycle and termination (contracts, paperwork, immigration, benefits administration, absence management, statutory declarations, work injuries…),
- Be the first point of contact of Dataiku employees, handle queries and tickets, and provide amazing customer service,
- Maintain, audit and make sure HRIS data is always accurate and compliant,
- Partner closely with the Payroll Team to make sure they get the information to pay employees properly,
- Prepare dashboards and reports,
- Build strong partnerships with other teams supporting Dataiku employees,
- Create and maintain internal knowledge base, tools… to gain efficiency,
- Design, improve and implement People Operations processes,
- Participate in People communications drafting and sending (e-mail campaigns, Galaxy content…),
- Participate in various global and local People projects.
Success Profile:
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, ideally in operations, administration and/or HR systems,
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is preferred,
- Excellent command of French and English,
- Good knowledge of France labour laws (other EMEA countries highly appreciated),
- Good knowledge of an HRIS (ideally Workday),
- Good knowledge of Excel,
