Dataiku is looking for a Solutions Consultant specializing in Manufacturing and Supply Chain to join Dataiku’s Business Solutions team. The Solutions Consultant will act as a Subject Matter Expert and fuel the development of AI solutions relevant to Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions - from concept to design and go-to-market support. Your role will be key in supporting the accelerated development of Dataiku and accompanying our customers on ambitious transformation trajectories. Your missions will be run in tight partnership with all of Dataiku’s key teams: Sales, Customer, Partnership, Product, and R&D.

In this role, you will:

• Be a Subject Matter Expert for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain: leveraging your strong expertise in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain (challenges, objectives, specific business model and types of roles, use-cases, and impact), you will support the development of Dataiku’s footprint in this industry by:
• Articulating the specific value proposal of Dataiku for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions and enabling go-to-market teams.
• Supporting capitalization of internal knowledge and customer experiences (use cases, implementation, transformation...) and developing relevant material.
• Supporting go-to-market activities in manufacturing and supply chain from pre-sales to adoption: helping customers understand, acting as a key spokesperson for prospects and customers, and supporting executive engagement building.
• Boosting Dataiku’s visibility in Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions

• Build solutions: As a key member of Dataiku’s Business Solutions team, you will play an instrumental role in the development of Dataiku’s Solutions offer with a focus on the development of specific Solutions for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain functions:
• Fuel and qualify the Solutions development pipeline through business experience, client workshops, market watch, and partnership discussions.... Develop solid business plans and monitor progress for all validated Solutions.
• Work with the Solutions taskforce (Product, R&D, UX, Partnerships, Data Scientists …) to ensure prompt development of relevant projects, including off-the-shelf solution design, customer-specific solutions, partnership launches…
  You will lead these initiatives as a business lead, supporting smooth project management across all dimensions, ensuring alignment with all internal teams, and managing critical dependencies.

Who you are:

• Master's degree, 7 to 10 years of working experience in Manufacturing and Supply Chain with a proven track record at transforming processes with data and AI. Passionate about putting AI at work and delivering tangible enhancements to the manufacturing and supply chain teams, with a deep understanding of business outcomes.
• Proven track record in working with diverse teams and engaging people on advanced topics.
• Very strong experience in project management, capable of orchestrating multiple projects and supporting teams in parallel.
• Both can make detailed recommendations and are not afraid to actually do the work.
• Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts.
• Open to new ideas and topics. Capable of deep-diving into new topics quickly to qualify and discard them as needed.
• Fully fluent in English, speaking German is a plus.
