As a Business Transformation (BT) Intern, you will support our Global Business Transformation Practice. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a strategic area within a high-growth startup. BT operates as an internal consulting team, and their mission is threefold:

• Accelerate the transformation of Dataiku from software vendor to strategic partner
• Support all customer-facing teams in delivering transformative value for our customer
• Advise customers on their AI strategy definition and implementation

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct detailed analysis and create content regarding the maturity of the industries represented by our current customers
• Help developing and standardizing our in-house toolkit & methodologies
• Support the BT team in day-to-day activities (such as the preparation of client meetings and internal project management)
• Help design internal processes to support the team's growth and align with all other teams

Success Profile:

• Pursuing a masters degree (e.g. business school) , 4-6 months internship minimum
• Great communication skills (both written and oral), able to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts - Fluent in English, French would be a plus
• Great project management skills, capable of orchestrating multiple projects and supporting teams in parallel
• Experience in a consulting or data environment will be a plus
• Deep interest in data, analytics and artificial intelligence will be a plus
• Able to work with diverse teams and in engaging people
