We are seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP Product & Solutions who will serve as a trusted advisor, execution partner, and strategic operator. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a high-visibility, high-impact position - helping the SVP Product & Solutions focus on top priorities by supporting the department’s activities structuring, preparing executive-level materials, and accelerating the resonance of Dataiku’s product vision.

What you will do:

  • Support the SVP of Product and Solutions in structuring the department’s roadmap, including defining missions, objectives, key priorities and KPIs. Ensure progress is monitored and communicated, that the right actions are taken to meet objectives in the most effective manner, and that success is celebrated.
  • Assist the SVP of Product and Solutions in managing their portfolio of engagements including qualifying audiences and needs, building compelling materials (presentations, talking points, reports) and handling follow-ups.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively take on work to extend the capacity of the SVP Product & Solutions.
  • Support the resonance of Dataiku’s product vision and initiatives by owning the production of high impact customer facing contents.
  • Own specific initiatives from design to completion: this can include market research, product deep dive, partner engagements, etc…

Who you are

  • 5–8 years in strategy, consulting, or operations, ideally within technology or AI.
  • Strong executive communication skills, including customer-facing and board-level presentation experience. Capable of translating concepts and ideas into impactful slide decks.
  • Highly trusted, discreet, and capable of influencing without formal authority, passionate about facilitating team impact.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution - including agenda support prioritization.
  • Organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Native English speaker, French as a plus.
  • Based in France, or UK, able to occasionally travel.
