This vision is now materializing through Dataiku’s governed agentic platform, enabling organizations to orchestrate analytics, generative AI, and machine agents through a unified reasoning layer — ensuring consistency, control, and trust at global scale.
The GM, Agentic Process Engineering will lead the effort to operationalize this vision for the world’s largest enterprises. This executive will build and scale a high-performing international team, define the go-to-market and delivery model for Enterprise Reasoning, and translate it into measurable business outcomes — helping customers make AI a core driver of performance, productivity, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Build and lead a world-class team of AI engagement and transformation leaders to help Fortune 500 enterprises redesign key business processes.
- Own the business unit’s strategy and performance, including go-to-market design, customer engagement strategies, delivery excellence, and revenue growth.
- Translate vision into execution, developing scalable models for enterprise reasoning programs that deliver measurable business value.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to prioritize markets, allocate resources, and accelerate Dataiku’s leadership in enterprise AI orchestration.
Enterprise Transformation
- Lead high-impact engagements that connect analytics, predictive models, and agents into trusted reasoning systems powering strategic decision-making and automation.
- Develop and standardize Enterprise Reasoning Playbooks — frameworks that guide customers in applying agentic AI to mission-critical processes such as planning, supply chain, and compliance.
- Drive both technological and organizational adoption, ensuring customers achieve operational transformation and measurable ROI.
Cross-Functional & Market Leadership
- Shape the product roadmap with Product leadership, fueling innovation with customer needs and field feedback.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to design the go-to-market strategy, secure strategic transformation programs, and ensure sustainable customer success.
- Represent Dataiku externally, engaging C-suite executives, partners, and analysts to advance the category of Enterprise Reasoning and governed agentic AI.
Ideal Profile
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, AI/ML strategy, or digital operations within leading technology, consulting, or platform organizations.
- Proven ability to build and scale new businesses or practices, ideally combining technical fluency in AI with commercial and operational leadership.
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs for Global 2000 enterprises, from strategy to actual IT and AI systems roll out and process re-engineering.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, orchestration architectures, and data-driven decision systems.
- Experience operating across multiple geographies and cultures, with the ability to build global teams and influence at board level.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline of a P&L leader: capable of balancing innovation with execution, and strategy with delivery.
The final compensation package for this role will be determined during the interview process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, geographic location, internal equity, education, skill set, experience and training. Eligible roles may also be entitled to receive commission or other variable compensation through Dataiku's incentive compensation program.
