Job Summary: The Regional Field Marketing Manager for ANZ will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs to support sales goals and accelerate pipeline growth and drive ARR. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, excellent project management skills, and a strong understanding of the ANZ market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute the field marketing strategy for the ANZ region in alignment with global and regional marketing goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with the sales leaders and team to generate demand in the TAM, target accounts, create awareness and pipe for the ANZ market.
  2. APJ & ANZ Campaign Development and Execution:
    • Design and implement multi-touch and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, email marketing, events, webinars, online trainings, social media and content marketing.
    • Develop lead nurture campaigns to educate leads and prospects on Dataiku.
    • Localize global campaigns to resonate with the ANZ market, ensuring cultural and language appropriateness.
  3. Event Management:
    • Plan and manage regional events such as conferences, trade shows, workshops, and monthly webinars.
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities to ensure successful event execution.
  4. Sales Enablement:
    • Provide the sales team with marketing materials, lead intelligence, and support to help them achieve their targets.
    • Develop and maintain a library of regional case studies, success stories, and other sales collateral.
  5. Partnerships and Alliances:
    • Work with strategic partners, resellers and alliances to co-market solutions and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
    • Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry organizations in the region.
  6. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
    • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing programs and improve ROI.
  7. Budget Management:
    • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
    • Track and report on marketing expenditures, ensuring alignment with budgetary guidelines.
  8. Public Relations (PR)
    • Work with a PR agency to develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the technology and data analytics space.
    • Work with corporate PR teams and external PR agencies to craft compelling press releases, bylines, and media pitches.
    • Proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and executive visibility, including interviews, guest articles, and speaking engagements.
    • Monitor media coverage and manage press clipping and reporting processes.
  9. Analyst Relations (AR)
    • Build and nurture relationships with industry analysts, ensuring Dataiku is top-of-mind for key reports and evaluations.
    • Coordinate and manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and research engagements.
    • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to present compelling presentations, case studies, and collateral tailored for analysts.
    • Track industry trends and feedback from analysts to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ - 15+ years of experience in B2B SaaS field marketing, preferably in the technology and data analytics sector.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and events in ANZ.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region for regional meetings and Europe once a year.
