About the role The Regional Therapy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily program operations and care delivery. The Regional Therapy Manager will report to the Therapy Director and will have direct supervision of staff therapists. The Regional Therapy Manager will have strong experience in eating disorder care delivery, both as a supervisor and in delivering patient care. The Regional Therapy Manager is able to work closely and effectively with multiple members of the clinical care team and provide guidance, accountability, and oversight of staff therapists.

Responsibilities

  • Providing clinical consultation and operational oversight for staff.
  • Provide individual and group supervision to staff therapists.
  • Maintain familiarity with relevant policies and procedures within Equip, disseminate to staff therapists, and ensure accountability.
  • Ensure all staff therapists adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance expectations.
  • Write and deliver performance reviews and continuous feedback as well as initiate performance improvement plans when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure staff therapists are providing the highest quality care to families and patients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field and active, unrestricted license within home state.
  • Eligibility and willingness to enroll in PsyPact (fees covered by Equip).
  • 5+ years of experience in treating patients with eating disorders or other mental health diagnoses.
  • 3+ years of experience supervising a team of therapists.
  • Enthusiastic and strong team player.
  • Ability to safely and effectively deliver care in a virtual setting.

Physical Demands

  • Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
