About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly experienced Director of Salesforce to own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Fireblocks’ entire Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem. This leader will ensure that our global Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success organizations leverage Salesforce (and integrated platforms) as a powerful, scalable, and secure engine for commercial growth and operational efficiency. You will be the technical and strategic interface to executive stakeholders across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Ownership: Define and own the long-term, scalable global roadmap for the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.) and all integrated business applications.
  • Executive Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison and consultant to C-Suite and VP-level business leaders, translating complex business objectives into efficient, high-impact technical solutions.
  • Technical Governance: Oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring performance, data integrity, and compliance with high security standards.
  • Team & Vendor Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of internal administrators and developers, as well as external consulting partners, defining best practices for system delivery and quality assurance.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in core business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Forecasting) by leveraging advanced Salesforce features and automation tools.
  • Change Management: Lead comprehensive change management programs to maximize user adoption and ensure consistent use of the platform across a rapidly scaling global workforce.
  • AI Innovation: Leverage emerging AI technologies and intelligent automation to enhance business processes, optimize decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency.

What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, administration, development, and ecosystem management within an enterprise environment.
  • 3+ years of experience managing technical teams (internal and/or external) focused on scalable Salesforce delivery.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions for high-growth B2B companies, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or Blockchain.
  • Deep expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud and CPQ experience required). Service Cloud (Optional);
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and consult with C-Suite executives and translate business vision into technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in a regulated financial environment.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant/Architect certifications).

For employees hired to work remotely from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $171,000 - $230,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.
