Role Summary

We're seeking an exceptional Program Manager to partner directly with our Chief of Staff to the CEO and lead cross-functional strategic initiatives. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels at turning complexity into clarity and ambiguity into action. You'll be the operational backbone for mission-critical company initiatives - from primarily post-merger integrations in 2026 to large-scale cross-functional transformation projects moving forward - ensuring seamless execution while building scalable frameworks that become the foundation for how we operate.

This role demands a rare combination: the strategic thinking to understand the "why" behind executive priorities, the operational rigor to build repeatable processes, and the influencing skills to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders without direct authority.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end M&A integration execution: Own the complete integration lifecycle from pre-close planning and due diligence support through post-merger execution and measurement of deal success against strategic objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for acquired teams during the transition period, ensuring they have the information, access, and organizational support needed to be productive and retained
  • Build and report integration KPIs to leadership, including retention rates, product milestone achievement, and operational readiness benchmarks
  • Build integration playbooks and frameworks: Partner with HR and people managers to design and continuously refine repeatable integration processes to enable scalable M&A execution and embed best practices across the organization
  • Orchestrate stakeholder alignment: Act as trusted advisor and central coordination hub, facilitating communication, proactively resolving blockers, and maintaining executive visibility into program status

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in BizOps / Strategy & Operations, Program Management (GTM or Product), M&A Integration, Management Consulting, or similar hybrid strategic / operational role at a high-growth technology company
  • Cross-functional program management with proven ability to lead large-scale, complex initiatives spanning multiple departments and competing priorities
  • Prior experience leading Quote to Cash (Q2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), or similar cross-functional enterprise initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous problems, analyze data, and develop creative solutions using frameworks and first principles thinking
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to synthesize complex information into clear insights and drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Adaptability and execution excellence with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure and delivering results

Nice to Have

  • Project management certification (PMP, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)

This role will work out of our NYC office on a hybrid schedule.

For employees hired to work remotely from New York or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City. It takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs.

It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $140,000 - $160,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a very competitive equity grant, and very generous benefits.

While we believe competitive compensation is a critical aspect of your decision to join us, we do hope you also spend time considering why our mission and culture are right for you. We are creating something transformational here, and we hope you are as excited about the future as we are.

Fireblocks' mission is to enable every business to easily and securely access digital assets and cryptocurrencies. In order to do that, we strongly believe our workforce should be as diverse as our clients, and this is why we embrace diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
