About the job

We are looking for an experienced senior account executive with market research and/or SaaS experience to be part of our sales team - selling into the Corporate vertical with the goal of making GWI the go-to research solution for all insight needs. As an individual contributor your primary focus will be to identify and sell our suite of products and services to enterprise organisations who are on a mission to understand their ever changing audiences and optimise their GTM strategy. This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Corporate Sales Director.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own your new business activity plan (with support from your Director & VP), and build a pipeline of opportunities identifying the key brands to reach quarterly new business targets.
  • Work closely with your SDR to strategically identify and sell opportunities to brands across the full range of GWI Solutions
  • Establish and build credibility with your prospects from the outset. You’ll form a unique understanding of business challenges and present needs-based solutions that meet their objectives!
  • Engage with key target contacts via a personal network, utilising inbound leads and proactive outbound engagement with key DM’s in the defined vertical
  • Track all conversations and manage all sales opportunities via Salesforce

About you

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, closing business in large and complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to uncover urgent business challenges and translate how product capabilities deliver customers’ desired business outcomes
  • Track record of consistently over-achieving quota
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • Success cross-selling multiple solutions to meet the needs of your clients (subscription vs custom)
  • Follow MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and progress deals through the pipeline
  • Experience multithreading/selling into buying committees to build consensus among key stakeholders


  • You are a hunter who sees the value of outbound prospecting to grow your own sales pipeline, in addition to inbound leads
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives
  • Have experience working in a start/scale-up environment
