Want to help us help others? We’re hiring!
GoFundMe is the world’s most powerful community for good, dedicated to helping people help each other. By uniting individuals and nonprofits in one place, GoFundMe makes it easy and safe for people to ask for help and support causes—for themselves and each other. Together, our community has raised more than $40 billion since 2010.
About GoFundMe Pro
GoFundMe Pro, formerly Classy, powers mission-driven organizations with enterprise-scale fundraising technology. As part of the broader GoFundMe platform and with a strong partner ecosystem around us, we serve many of the most impactful nonprofits in the world. Our Software as a Service (SaaS) platform helps thousands of organizations reach supporters, raise billions of dollars annually, and deliver measurable outcomes.
We're at an exciting growth stage—and we’re building a best-in-class team to match. This is your opportunity to lead a newly created function, shaping how we engage enterprise customers from first conversation through long-term success.
The Role
We’re looking for a Director of Solutions Architecture who is equal parts sales strategist, technical expert, and customer whisperer. This role will serve as the critical linchpin between Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success—ensuring our enterprise customers (and top prospects) receive technically sound, scalable, and compelling solutions that help them say “yes” and stay for the long run. You will collaborate with pre-sales and post-sales experts and also play a key role in our most technically complex implementations.
This is a foundational hire. You’ll create the playbook, scale the function, and act as the voice of both the customer and the field. You’ll directly influence revenue growth—both in closing new deals and in unlocking expansion opportunities within existing customers.
Candidates considered for this role will be located in the San Francisco, Bay Area. There will be an in-office requirement of 3x a week.
Up to 50% travel is expected.

- Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to implementation, creating solution blueprints that inform onboarding and integration.
- Stay engaged with strategic accounts post-sale to advise on optimization, integration upgrades, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Account Management to unlock upsell and cross-sell through technical insight and credibility.
🏗️ Infrastructure, Enablement & Team Building

- Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, authentication models, security protocols, data structures.
- Comfort navigating CRMs, Data Warehouses, fundraising platforms, and nonprofit or mission-driven ecosystems.
- Excellent communicator who can adapt to audiences from CTOs to Heads of Development / Fundraising and from frontline engineers to large gift officers.
- Entrepreneurial builder with a bias for action—you’ve likely stood up new functions or processes before.
Extra Credit
- Familiarity with Salesforce, payment gateways (Stripe, Braintree), CRM integrations, or nonprofit digital ecosystems.
- Experience collaborating with compliance, IT, or InfoSec teams during procurement and implementation.
