Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔
As our Junior Research Analyst you’ll be responsible for running small to medium Custom Research projects and supporting your manager on larger projects. You will ultimately own/lead client comms and take responsibility for all day to day from study sign off to data delivery. It is important that this person develops great relationships both with clients and with teams across the business. You will clearly understand client research needs by thoroughly reviewing briefing documents and participating in meetings to ensure alignment with their objectives. Based on these insights, you will provide input on the most effective research approach and develop tailored questions or surveys to address the client’s specific requirements. You will manage multiple custom research projects of various types, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet agreed deadlines. You will ensure all data delivered is accurate and aligned with the client’s needs. Furthermore, you will clearly and concisely explain the findings of any project. Throughout, you will communicate effectively and accurately with all teams within the business, including operations, data, and revenue teams, adhering to designated protocols.
