About the job

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive with B2B SaaS or technology sales experience to join our sales team - selling into the corporate vertical with the goal of making GWI the go-to research solution for all consumer insight needs. As an individual contributor, you’ll be reporting into the Head of US New Business. Your primary focus will be to identify and sell our suite of products and services to enterprise organizations who are on a mission to understand their ever changing audiences and optimize their GTM strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop your own territory plan and a pipeline that will fuel the ongoing growth of your business enabling you to exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota
  • Go high-and-wide within enterprise organizations to understand the full scope of the opportunity
  • Work cross functionally with our marketing, custom and strategic insights, solutions partners and product teams to deliver outstanding results
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close
  • Partner closely with your assigned Sales Development Representative (SDR) to strategize and execute on your outbound prospecting plan
  • Establish and build credibility with your prospects from the outset. You’ll form a unique understanding of business challenges and present needs-based solutions that meet their business objectives!
  • Track all sales activity, manage all sales opportunities and accurately forecast revenue achievement via Salesforce

About you

Technical

  • Extensive experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales experience, closing business in large and complex enterprise accounts
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer problems
  • Proven track-record of consistently meeting or over-achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • Success cross-selling multiple solutions to meet the needs of your clients (subscription vs custom)
  • Follow MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and progress deals through the pipeline
  • Experience multithreading and selling into buying committees to build consensus among key stakeholders

Competencies

  • You are a hunter who sees the value of outbound prospecting to grow your own sales pipeline, in addition to inbound leads
  • Ability to reach and develop relationships with C-level executives
  • Have experience working in a start/scale-up environment

The estimated on-target earnings for this role is $200,000 to $240,000. On-Target earnings are a combination of annual base pay and sales compensation variable target. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
