Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our Head of Marketing Operations you’ll own the marketing operations roadmap, our full marketing tech stack, CRM and lead management processes, and GDPR/CCPA compliance. You’ll ensure marketing technology is evaluated, selected, implemented and customised to meet the needs of our marketing department. You will ensure processes are designed, documented and communicated clearly across the business. You will identify and mitigate operational risks and lead on data privacy and security, data hygiene and system audits.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

👉 Hubspot and SFDC knowledge is a must. 6Sense, LeanData, and Qualified are desirable.
👉 Experience reporting on performance with a focus on demonstrating business impact and ROI.
👉 Proven experience in marketing operations leadership roles within a SaaS environment.

👉 Preliminary phone screen with the Talent Team
👉 First interview with the hiring managers
👉 Second (and usually the final) interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a Values Conversation with members of the wider GWI community.
