Sounds great, what will I be doing? 🤔

As our account manager you’ll participate in the formulation and implementation of Global Enterprise strategies in APAC, while also supporting broader global operational initiatives and a key participant in GWI’s success story.

Our goal for our clients is to make GWI the go-to research solution for all insight needs. The primary focus of this role is to retain and grow our clients by working with them as well as upselling project work by using your research and commercial knowledge.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for a growing company is all about. So you’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and happy working in a high-tempo environment as we grow.

What do I need to bring with me? 🧳

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for:

👉 Account Management experience working with top-tier clients in the agency, media, platform, advertising or research industry
👉 A strong track record closing deals in Subscription Services, Custom Research and/or Consultancy
👉 Excellent communication, relationship skills, ability to forge strategic relationships with senior decision-makers

👉 Preliminary phone screen with the Talent Team (no video required)
👉 First video interview with the hiring managers
👉 Second (and usually the final*) video interview with the hiring panel, often including a presentation, followed by a values conversation with members of the wider GWI community.

*Don’t be alarmed if there are other stages in the process, it’s all part of the plan for some of our roles.
