Hello Heart is growing rapidly and is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Marketing. This role will work cross-functionally across marketing, sales, customer success and product to ensure we have strong and consistent messaging across all client touch points. In this highly dynamic role, you will develop messaging strategies, build sales and marketing materials, lead new product and partner launches, and more.
Areas of responsibility:
- Enterprise Marketing strategy & leadership. You will report directly to the CMO and be responsible for key company metrics that tie directly to the PNL - sales pipeline influenced, MQLs and driving brand awareness across key segments.
- Segment expertise. Develop a deep understanding of and empathy for Hello Heart’s clients, including: employers and benefits leaders, benefits consultants and health plan leaders across industries and company sizes.
- Tailored Messaging. Be responsible for creation and alignment of Hello Heart messaging across all market segments. Develop and maintain the overarching enterprise campaign calendar.
- Sales Enablement. Support the team in maintaining all sales assets needed by our sales team, including presentation decks, proposal templates, client case studies, data visualization and awareness videos, client-focused videos, product fact sheets, competitive positioning docs for the various segments and sales teams. - Partner Marketing. Work closely with the channel team and the ecosystem of partners to effectively drive joint messaging while working with the content team to drive effective joint marketing programs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive enterprise marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of our products and services among key stakeholders.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals in the creation and implementation of targeted marketing campaigns, leveraging a deep understanding of digital health market dynamics and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand message across all touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, thought leaders, and strategic partners to foster a robust network and facilitate strategic collaborations for mutual business growth.
- Analyze market data, consumer trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and optimize marketing strategies, thereby positioning the company as a thought leader and pioneer in the healthcare space.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including ROI, customer acquisition costs, and market share, providing regular updates to the executive leadership team and utilizing data-driven insights to guide future marketing decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in B2B enterprise marketing within the healthcare industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market share within the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and market trends, translating insights into actionable strategies and recommendations that align with business objectives.
