About the role:

Hello Heart is growing and looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, Health Plans to increase our brand awareness among health plans and pharmacy benefits managers, and to support our business development and partnerships team. The person in this role will report to the Senior Director of Clinical & Product Marketing and will be part of a broader cross-functional marketing team.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of marketing experience working at or with health plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to adapt to change in a growing company
  • Highly organized, with strong project management skills
  • Comfortable interpreting and communicating clinical and economic outcomes
  • Familiarity with Salesloft, Highspot, and/or other similar marketing and sales enablement platforms is a plus
  • Healthcare, population health, or health economics experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the business development team, strategize and create marketing campaigns/assets to promote brand awareness and drive adoption among health plan stakeholders. Formats will include printed/digital sales enablement materials, webpages, webinars, panel interviews, and conference presentations.
  • Own the creation of marketing materials for health plans, PBMs, and other partners from start to finish. While we have specialists who can support asset development, there will be times when the person in this role will manage it all.
  • Develop and maintain health plan engagement case studies and success stories
  • Manage all existing health plan, PBM, and partner assets
  • Collaborate with partners on co-branded or joint marketing efforts
  • Meet regularly with the business development and partnerships team to educate them on new materials, campaigns, and campaign effectiveness
  • Participate in sales calls with health plan prospects or clients as needed
  • Attend and represent Hello Heart at health plan events as needed
  • Approximately 10-20% travel
