About Hello Heart:

Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past.

We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models.

This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member. Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers.

We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us.

About the Role

Hello Heart is building something rare: a platform that predicts cardiac events before they happen, at scale, with proven clinical outcomes. As our technology evolves, our story must evolve with it. This role will help shape how we communicate the full breadth of our vision—internally, with customers, and across the market—so our narrative reflects the impact we're already delivering.

That's the job.

As Head of Product Marketing & Storytelling, you'll be embedded inside the Product and Technology organization, reporting directly to the CPTO. You'll understand what we're building at the deepest level and just as importantly, why it matters to customers, members, partners, and the business.

You'll help shape how Hello Heart tells its story across different audiences, ensuring every narrative starts with the customer problem and business impact before the technology behind it. You'll translate complex AI, clinical science, and product innovation into compelling business narratives that resonate with executives, enterprise buyers, clinicians, members, partners, employees, and the market.

This isn't a traditional Product Marketing role. You won't be handed polished messaging to amplify. You'll be in the room where strategic decisions are made, partnering with Product and executive leadership to define how Hello Heart is understood—not only what we build, but why it matters.

We are not just launching features. We are defining Cardiac AI Prevention as a category. This person will help shape that narrative—inside the company, with customers and partners, and publicly in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic translator between Product & Technology and the rest of the organization, ensuring complex innovation is communicated through customer value and business outcomes—not technical capabilities alone.

  • Own the company and product narrative; from strategic positioning and category definition to product launches ensuring the story evolves alongside the company, the product, and the market.

  • Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Data Science, and executive leadership to understand not only what is being built, but why it matters and how it should be communicated.

  • Shape Hello Heart's category narrative by developing differentiated positioning, clear points of view, and messaging that influences how the market understands cardiac AI prevention.

  • Translate product innovation into audience-specific narratives for executives, enterprise buyers, health plans, employers, clinicians, members, analysts, partners, employees, and the board.

  • Influence positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy through customer insights, market research, competitive intelligence, and close partnership with Product leadership.

  • Build storytelling standards and frameworks that enable Product Managers and technical teams to communicate clearly and consistently across every audience.

  • Partner with executive leadership on company-level communications, including board presentations, executive messaging, thought leadership, analyst relations, industry events, and strategic announcements.

  • Develop high-impact external assets including launch narratives, market positioning, customer stories, executive presentations, and thought leadership.

  • Equip Sales and Customer Success with messaging, stories, proof points, and strategic narratives that help accelerate enterprise conversations and long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Strategy, or Storytelling within B2B technology organizations.

  • Exceptional business storyteller with outstanding writing and communication skills. You naturally start with customer problems, business outcomes, and audience needs before discussing product features or technical capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to tailor the same product narrative for different audiences—including executives, enterprise buyers, clinicians, partners, members, analysts, and technical stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of translating complex products into narratives that drove measurable commercial outcomes such as adoption, pipeline, revenue, retention, category awareness, or market perception.

  • Experience shaping strategic positioning, messaging, ICP definition, or market direction through customer and market insights—not only executing product launches after decisions have been made.

  • Experience partnering directly with executive leadership to shape company narrative, strategic positioning, and market perception.

  • Strong editorial judgment and the ability to simplify complexity without losing credibility.

  • Experience building repeatable storytelling systems, messaging frameworks, and communication standards adopted across an organization.

  • Data-driven and customer-obsessed. You combine research, customer empathy, market insight, and business judgment to shape strategy and measure impact.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving Product organization where the story evolves alongside the product.

  • Relentless curiosity about technology, science, customers, and the business problems they are trying to solve.
