Hunters is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Boston, MA. This role will report to the Senior Director of Demand Generation. The successful candidate will join Hunters at an exciting time with lots of potential for career growth.

Responsibilities

What does an average day look like in this role?

  • Paid Advertising Campaigns: Manage global digital advertising campaigns, including paid search (Google Ads), LinkedIn, Reddit & X (formerly Twitter) ads, reporting on KPIs
  • SEO/SEM Initiatives: Manage SEO and SEM strategies by optimizing website content, conducting keyword research
  • Content Management: Work closely with content creators to ensure all digital platforms are regularly updated with fresh, relevant content that is optimized based on search & conversion best practices
  • Website Updates: Coordinate with the web development team to manage updates and ensure the website aligns with digital marketing campaigns
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic, email open rates, etc.), share insights and make suggestions for improvement
  • Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in developing, implementing, and optimizing email marketing strategies, including drafting, sending, and monitoring performance of email campaigns
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with sales, creative, and product teams to align marketing strategies with broader company objectives

Requirements

It’s considered a unique advantage if you have:

  • Experience using HubSpot
  • Worked for a cybersecurity company (in-house or agency)
  • Strong copywriting & storytelling skills
