We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager/ Director of Finance to join our Finance team. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, this role is pivotal in strengthening and advancing our financial operations and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Financial Operations: Oversee the company’s financial health by managing accounting, treasury, billing, collections, tax filings, and payroll across global entities.
  • Strategic Financial Leadership: Collaborate with the VP of Finance and executive leadership to align financial strategies with company goals, delivering actionable insights for effective decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and oversee tax filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Process Optimization: Drive efficiency and automation within financial systems, including hands-on ERP implementation experience (NetSuite preferred).

Requirements

  • Senior Finance Expertise: Proven track record in a senior finance role (Manager or Director level or equivalent) within a fast-paced, global SaaS or tech environment.
  • Global Finance Knowledge: Expertise in US GAAP, international and Israeli tax regulations and regulatory compliance.
  • ERP & Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strategic Thinker & Analyst: Strong ability to combine strategic vision with detailed analysis of complex financial data, delivering actionable recommendations.
  • Executive Collaboration: Ability to work closely with VP and C-suite executives, influencing decisions with clear communication and strong financial insights.
  • Qualifications: CPA (Big 4 experience preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • Additional Skills: Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience is a strong advantage.
  • Mindset: Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
