We are looking for a top-notch Senior IT Support with deep expertise across systems, integrations, and networking, capable of designing, supporting, and optimizing multiple IT environments, including SaaS applications and cloud technology.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize organizational systems and network infrastructure (Windows, Linux, virtualization platforms, cloud services).
  • Lead the integration of new technologies, SaaS platforms, and on-prem solutions, ensuring seamless interoperability across environments.
  • Monitor and maintain IT services to ensure uptime, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they affect operations.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex IT support issues, ensuring quick effective resolution of incidents impacting employees.
  • Work with Information Security to apply best practices in endpoints, identity, and infrastructure security, contributing to compliance initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows for efficiency and reliability.
  • Partner with Security, DevOps, RnD and Business teams to align IT services with organizational needs.
  • Contribute to IT roadmap planning, recommending technologies and architectures that support long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years in IT support or systems administration roles.
  • Proven track record in supporting complex IT environments at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating Systems Administration (Windows, Linux, Mac)
  • Basic proficiency in networking
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS integrations and enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Experience in IT service management frameworks.
  • Expertise in identity and access management (Okta, AD, SSO, MFA).
  • Basic understanding of security best practices for systems and networks.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently, as well as leading projects.
  • Ability to support and maintain end-user hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, peripherals, and accessories).

Advantages:

  • Familiarity with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus).
  • Basic experience with Scripting/automation experience
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR.
