We are looking for an HR Specialist who loves working with people and enjoys making things run smoothly. This role blends hands-on recruitment, HR operations and workplace experience, with real ownership and room to make an impact. You will play a key role in shaping a positive, well-organized, and people-first workplace that employees genuinely enjoy being part of.
This is a hands-on, high-impact position where you’ll shape how people join, grow, connect, and experience our company every day.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Lead end-to-end global recruitment processes, from position opening, sourcing, interviews and coordination.
- Create a smooth, positive and professional candidate experience as well as hiring manager experience
HR Operations
- Own day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and HR systems.
- Be a go-to person for employee questions, support, and guidance.
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant.
- Maintain employee records and support payroll, benefits, legal and policy administration.
- Workplace Experience - Work with employees and managers to drive meaningful initiatives that promote ongoing engagement and a sense of belonging. Manage office operations to ensure a welcoming, well-organized work environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR operations and recruitment
- Background in an agency and/or high-tech environment - a strong advantage
- Experience with global recruitment - an advantage
- Genuine passion for working with people and building positive relationships
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership, independence, and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive mindset - you identify opportunities for improvement and take action
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization
- Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
