About You/Who we’re looking for

You are proactive, resourceful, solution oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have strong interpersonal skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about delivering excellent employee experiences. You enjoy working collaboratively and are eager to learn and grow in the HR field.

What You’ll Do

  • Support onboarding processes, including preparing new hire documentation, I-9s, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed.
  • Support compliance efforts by maintaining up-to-date documentation and assisting with audits.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

You might be a fit if...

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Bonus points if...

  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Physical Environment

This position requires the ability to perform sedentary work, which involves exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects as needed. The employee will primarily operate standard office equipment and keyboards, and may require close visual acuity for tasks like analyzing data and reading extensive text.
