As our frontend organization grows, we're investing in the platform that enables engineers to build, test, and ship high-quality experiences quickly and reliably. This role is for someone who loves building the foundations that other engineers rely on every day, from build systems and developer tooling to design systems, performance, and deployment.

What you'll do

• Own and evolve our frontend platform, including build tooling, bundling, deployment, and CI/CD..

• Scale our monorepo and developer tooling to enable fast, reliable development across product teams..

• Drive our design system and shared component libraries, improving consistency, quality, and engineering velocity..

• Define and improve frontend performance standards across build time, bundle size, runtime performance, and Core Web Vitals..

• Partner with product engineers to reduce friction, establish scalable frontend patterns, and improve the developer experience across the organization..

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, including significant work on frontend infrastructure, tooling, or platform engineering..

• Deep expertise with modern frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, Rollup, esbuild, or Turbopack..

• Experience working with monorepos using tools like Nx, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or Bazel..

• Strong understanding of frontend performance, build systems, dependency management, and TypeScript at scale..

• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines, testing infrastructure, developer tooling, or shared frontend platforms..

• Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for improving developer experience..

Nice to have

• Experience with micro-frontends or Module Federation..

• Contributions to open-source frontend tooling or developer tools..

• Knowledge of browser internals, rendering pipelines, or web isolation technologies..

• Experience building or scaling design systems used across multiple teams.
