We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Developer Experience and Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The goal of this role is to improve development velocity and help the R&D team move faster by creating a seamless and efficient development experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software development, as well as experience in building and managing infrastructure that supports a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the R&D team to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the development process.

- Design, build, and maintain a scalable and efficient infrastructure that supports development and testing workflows.

- Create and manage development environments, including setting up and maintaining testing and staging environments.

- Develop tools and processes to automate manual tasks, such as deployment and testing.

- Ensure high availability and reliability of the development infrastructure, monitoring and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

- Develop and maintain documentation for the development infrastructure and workflows.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development and infrastructure engineering.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in software development and infrastructure engineering.

- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
